We tend to look at each system in our body individually, seeing it as a complex structure of cells and organs that make it up. However, we should see the body as a whole, not just as individual organs. That is why we consider it necessary to treat the person as a whole (body, mind and emotions) in the search for optimal health and well-being.

WHAT DOES ATHA MEAN?
Atha means “now” in Sanskrit. It reminds us of the importance of being present in every moment since life consists of the imperceptible step from this “now” to the next “now”.
Atha is a commitment that we make to ourselves to live in presence and awareness, to take care of ourselves here and now.
